ALEXANDRA TTC

Alexandra Table Tennis Club has been in existence for over 50 years.  Membership ages range from juniors to over eighty years old.

The club has a weekly club evening every Monday 07.30pm-10.15pm except bank holidays and on 17th and 24th during August. This season we have six teams in divisions 2, 3 and 4 of the Thames Valley League.

All ages and abilities are welcome, including junior members.  Visitors can attend club evenings, up to five times on a trial basis to see if they want to join the club. 

Club Evenings

We normally have three league standard tables set up on club evenings, with games chosen using a simple “selection board” which allows anyone to chose anyone else on the board. (We do suggest to visitors a suitable opponent!).

We normally play best of three games of “11” (the new scoring system), although you can choose to practice if preferred, or to chose a doubles foursome.

If there are too many players present in an evening, it may be necessary to play only doubles, to ensure the waiting time  is OK.
